Shipping of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without requiring a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered with signature confirmation. Please contact us before choosing this shipping method, as it incurs additional charges. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
